Jorien Ketelaar (1998) is participant of daily life, visual artist, initiator/organiser, publisher/printer, program maker/producer/curator based in, but not limited to, Groningen, NL.

She is interested in everyday peculiarities, infiltrating environments to stretch the boundaries of the space that art can occupy. Through interventions in public space, interactive happenings, and printed matter, she attempts to generate alternative imaginaries on everyday life and on capitalist frameworks that constrain our behaviours and interactions. Motivated to reclaim agency, she questions hierarchies of power that dominate the way we know, think and act to. She combines unproductivity and collective playfullness as forms of creative resistance.
