Volkssnakkel

Volkssnakkel is a screenprinted A0 newspaper by Laureen Langkamp. The last editions I have been part of the editorial team and made some posters for it, as well as some content, and doing the printing and folding together with Laureen.

Publication reflecting on my residency in Hong Kong with No Discipline Limited. Documentation of my time there and how I moved by foot through the city.

During Vrijplaats Voor Verbeelding I published every month a newspaper for one year. This newspaper was spread around Bierum, the village where the project took place. Through the newspaper the project could enter peoples house where they could interact with it in a private setting. For almost every newspaper I worked together with another artist.

During a residency in Porto I made together with Valeria Lehner a magazine called Deliciosa. As we are both into cooking and this was the thing we would gather over with artists and with friends we decided to make a magazine which includes recipes for food, life, a horoscope with cooking utensils, beauty tips, posters, articles, tips for Porto and drawings by us. Each magazine comes with a ceramic spoon we made in Estúdio PLATA, a ceramic studio in Porto run by Joao Garcia.
